Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Tadeusz Kantor was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2021. It achieved a price of SEK 460,000.00 (€ 45,419.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 15%. Admittedly, works by Tadeusz Kantor have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Emballages, objets, personnages n. 5 in December 2018 with an auction result of EUR 247,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Tadeusz Kantor kam im Mai 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 460.000,00 (€ 45.419,06) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 15%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tadeusz Kantor auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Emballages, objets, personnages n. 5 im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 247.500,00.
