Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Tužka by Swoon for GBP 375.00 (€ 436.23). This price was achieved in the auction New Now at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Swoon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Walkie (Installation Box) - 2015 in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 23,035.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Tužka von Swoon für GBP 375,00 (€ 436,23) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Swoon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Walkie (Installation Box) - 2015 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 23.035,00.
