Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Some Actions Which Haven'T Been Defined Yet In The Revolution by Sun Xun was sold in the Contemporary Online auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 6,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 7,500.00 (€ 853.72) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sun Xun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 21 G in October 2015 with an auction result of CNY 562,500.00 (€ 80,640.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Some Actions Which Haven'T Been Defined Yet In The Revolution von Sun Xun wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Online bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 6.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 7.500,00 (€ 853,72) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sun Xun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 21 G im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 562.500,00 (€ 80.640,96).
