The work Clown's Revolution D by Sun Xun was sold in the Asian And Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Shanghai in April 2015. It achieved a price of CNY 81,250.00 (€ 11,734.01), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Admittedly, works by Sun Xun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 21 G in October 2015 with an auction result of CNY 562,500.00 (€ 80,640.96).

Die Arbeit Clown's Revolution D von Sun Xun wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Asian And Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Shanghai versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CNY 81.250,00 (€ 11.734,01) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sun Xun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 21 G im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 562.500,00 (€ 80.640,96).
