Admittedly, works by Stephen Prina have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blind No. 12 Fifteen-Foot Ceiling or Lower (Cobalt Blue/Red/Naples Yellow Hue/Diarylide Yellow) in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 37,500.00 (€ 27,492.67).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.464,13) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stephen Prina auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blind No. 12 Fifteen-Foot Ceiling or Lower (Cobalt Blue/Red/Naples Yellow Hue/Diarylide Yellow) im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 27.492,67).
