Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Maculata by Stephen Bush for USD 9,375.00 (€ 6,931.10). This price was achieved in the auction NOW: Art of the 21st Century Theme Sale at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Stephen Bush have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2010 by the work Tallow-wood at USD 11,875.00 (€ 9,600.61).
