In the Selected Works from The Collection of Anton & Annick Herbert for the Benefit of The Herbert Foundation auction, the work Eight Part Work with Alu-Sticks and Plates sold for USD 52,500.00 (€ 39,024.75) - well above the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Stanley Brouwn; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot 1 X 1 X 1 Foot - 2 X 2 X 2 Feet - 3 X 3 X 3 Feet sold at auction in May 2019 with the realized price of EUR 68,750.00.
