The work Untitled (from the Abstract series) by Sohrab Sepehri was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in March 2018. It achieved a price of USD 287,500.00 (€ 233,360.39), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 44%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sohrab Sepehri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (From The Tree Trunks Series), which sold at auction in October 2010 for GBP 409,250.00 (€ 471,871.67).

Die Arbeit Untitled (from the Abstract series) von Sohrab Sepehri kam im März 2018 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 287.500,00 (€ 233.360,39) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 44%. Für andere Arbeiten von Sohrab Sepehri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (From The Tree Trunks Series) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2010 für GBP 409.250,00 (€ 471.871,67) versteigert wurde.
