Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Sohan Qadri was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2021. The price achieved of USD 2,394.00 (€ 2,038.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sohan Qadri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 41,797.27).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sohan Qadri kam im März 2021 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.394,00 (€ 2.038,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sohan Qadri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.280,00 (€ 41.797,27).
