This artwork by Sohan Qadri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in October 2017. In the Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art auction, the work without title sold for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,135.54) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sohan Qadri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 41,797.27).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Sohan Qadri erzielte im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.135,54) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sohan Qadri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.280,00 (€ 41.797,27).
