The work Dragon Knows Dragon by Morita Shiryū was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 119,000.00 (€ 140,982.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Morita Shiryū - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work So - Wilderness, which sold at auction in October 2017 for HKD 2,740,000.00 (€ 301,569.37).

Die Arbeit Dragon Knows Dragon von Morita Shiryū kam im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 119.000,00 (€ 140.982,86) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Für andere Arbeiten von Morita Shiryū mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit So - Wilderness beobachtet, die im Oktober 2017 für HKD 2.740.000,00 (€ 301.569,37) versteigert wurde.
