This artwork by Shirō Kuramata achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in April 2021. In the More auction, the work Suite De Trois Cabinets "Imperial"- Modèle Créé En 1981 sold for EUR 5,720.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shirō Kuramata achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Miss Blanche' chair in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 2,240,000.00 (€ 255,777.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Shirō Kuramata erzielte im April 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion More wurde die Arbeit Suite De Trois Cabinets "Imperial"- Modèle Créé En 1981 für EUR 5.720,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shirō Kuramata erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'Miss Blanche' chair im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.240.000,00 (€ 255.777,86).
