Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2017 Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Two works: (i) Monochrome-01-2007; (ii) Stillleben-15-2007 by Shirana Shahbazi. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,117.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shirana Shahbazi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work [Stilleben-14-2007|AID417844], which sold at auction in April 2014 for USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,222.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2017 führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two works: (i) Monochrome-01-2007; (ii) Stillleben-15-2007 von Shirana Shahbazi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.117,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Shirana Shahbazi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit [Stilleben-14-2007|AID417844] beobachtet, die im April 2014 für USD 22.500,00 (€ 16.222,06) versteigert wurde.
