Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy by Shen Zongqian was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2014. The price achieved of HKD 69,000.00 (€ 6,417.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shen Zongqian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy in April this year with an auction result of HKD 78,000.00 (€ 79,653.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Shen Zongqian kam im April 2014 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 69.000,00 (€ 6.417,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shen Zongqian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 78.000,00 (€ 79.653,26).
