A top price for Shen Zongqian
The work Calligraphy by Shen Zongqian was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. It achieved a price of HKD 78,000.00 (€ 79,653.26), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. This high result makes Calligraphy the most expensive artwork by Shen Zongqian that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Shen Zongqian kam im April diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 78.000,00 (€ 79.653,26) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Calligraphy zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Shen Zongqian, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
