Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Shen Zongjing achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in June 2015. In the Art d'Asie auction, the work PAYSAGE, ENCRE ET COULEUR SUR PAPIER sold for EUR 8,750.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shen Zongjing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes after Yuan Masters in November 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,187,500.00 (€ 127,852.37).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Shen Zongjing erzielte im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art d'Asie wurde die Arbeit PAYSAGE, ENCRE ET COULEUR SUR PAPIER für EUR 8.750,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shen Zongjing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes after Yuan Masters im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.187.500,00 (€ 127.852,37).
