The work 98-93-P-3-1 & 98-99-P-3-3 (Set Of Two) by Shen Fan was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 9,858.19), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shen Fan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 1991-M-3, which sold at auction in April 2015 for CNY 200,000.00 (€ 28,883.71).

Die Arbeit 98-93-P-3-1 & 98-99-P-3-3 (Set Of Two) von Shen Fan kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 9.858,19) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Für andere Arbeiten von Shen Fan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 1991-M-3 beobachtet, die im April 2015 für CNY 200.000,00 (€ 28.883,71) versteigert wurde.
