Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 00-P-21 by Shen Fan was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 5,589.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Shen Fan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 1991-M-3 in April 2015 with an auction result of CNY 200,000.00 (€ 28,883.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 00-P-21 von Shen Fan kam im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 5.589,76) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Shen Fan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 1991-M-3 im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 200.000,00 (€ 28.883,71).
