Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Sheikh Mohammed Sultan was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November last year. The price achieved of GBP 1,275.00 (€ 1,477.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Sheikh Mohammed Sultan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Farmers) in March this year with an auction result of USD 12,600.00 (€ 11,589.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sheikh Mohammed Sultan kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.275,00 (€ 1.477,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sheikh Mohammed Sultan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Farmers) im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.600,00 (€ 11.589,40).
