This artwork by Shay Rieger achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in October 2020. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Spring Village sold for USD 1,134.00 (€ 973.64) - well above the upper estimate of USD 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shay Rieger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstract in April 2020 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,410.31).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Shay Rieger erzielte im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Spring Village für USD 1.134,00 (€ 973,64) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shay Rieger erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstract im April 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 11.410,31).
