Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Reine Mère by Seni Awa Camara was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 4,550.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,500.00 – 5,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Seni Awa Camara - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in October 2021 for GBP 10,710.00 (€ 12,688.46).

Die Arbeit Reine Mère von Seni Awa Camara kam im November 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.550,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.500,00 – 5.500,00 angegeben worden.
