The work Maternité by Seni Awa Camara was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in November last year. It achieved a price of EUR 3,936.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 57 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Seni Awa Camara - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in October 2021 for GBP 10,710.00 (€ 12,688.46).

Die Arbeit Maternité von Seni Awa Camara kam im November letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.936,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 57 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Seni Awa Camara mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für GBP 10.710,00 (€ 12.688,46) versteigert wurde.
