Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction 50 Masterworks to Celebrate 50 Years of Sotheby’s Photographs, which included the work 'Fashion 10 (N.Y. Times)', 1998 by Sarah Moon. The price achieved of GBP 16,380.00 (€ 18,841.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Sarah Moon have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2020 the work Fashion 4, Yohji Yamamoto was auctioned for USD 37,500.00 (€ 32,197.13).

Im April 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 50 Masterworks to Celebrate 50 Years of Sotheby’s Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Fashion 10 (N.Y. Times)', 1998 von Sarah Moon zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 16.380,00 (€ 18.841,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Sarah Moon konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2020 die Arbeit Fashion 4, Yohji Yamamoto für USD 37.500,00 (€ 32.197,13) versteigert.
