However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Salvatore Colacicco - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The American ships Ontario and Liberty both depicted off Naples (one illustrated), which sold at auction in May 2010 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,100.74).
