In the Discoveries auction, the work Saloth Sar/Baby sold for EUR 3,354.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Ruprecht von Kaufmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ajax in October 2019 with an auction result of EUR 14,875.00.

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ruprecht von Kaufmann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ajax im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.875,00.
