Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2020 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art, which included the work Two Women, Bali by Rudolf Bonnet. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 90,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 93,750.00 (€ 10,768.19). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudolf Bonnet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Market Scene in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 25,880,000.00 (€ 3,160,878.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2020 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Women, Bali von Rudolf Bonnet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 90.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 93.750,00 (€ 10.768,19) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rudolf Bonnet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Market Scene im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 25.880.000,00 (€ 3.160.878,62).
