Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of J. Djemul by Rudolf Bonnet was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. The price achieved of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 16,149.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudolf Bonnet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Market Scene in November 2015 with an auction result of HKD 25,880,000.00 (€ 3,160,878.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait of J. Djemul von Rudolf Bonnet kam im November 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 16.149,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rudolf Bonnet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Market Scene im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 25.880.000,00 (€ 3.160.878,62).
