The work Storm In Suffolk (Recto); And Summer In Suffolk (Verso) by Rowland Suddaby was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in February 2014. The price achieved of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,516.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rowland Suddaby - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life with Flowers by a Window, which sold at auction in December 2000 for GBP 3,760.00 (€ 5,989.65).
