In June 2011 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work '10' by Ronald Searle. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,797.76), 35% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ronald Searle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Back To School' in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 27,657.85).

Im Juni 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit '10' von Ronald Searle zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.797,76) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ronald Searle erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'Back To School' im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 27.657,85).
