Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work THE GOLDEN VISION by Rodel Tapaya was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 350,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 400,000.00 (€ 48,742.67). Other works by Rodel Tapaya have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 693,000.00 (€ 76,755.39) in October 2020 for the work Repatriated Bodies.

Die Arbeit THE GOLDEN VISION von Rodel Tapaya kam im November 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 350.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 400.000,00 (€ 48.742,67) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Rodel Tapaya haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 693.000,00 (€ 76.755,39) im Oktober 2020 für die Arbeit Repatriated Bodies beobachtet.
