Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2021 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Heatwave: Online Auction, which included the work Earth Prayer by Robin F. Williams. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,528.00 (€ 4,137.31), 18% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robin F. Williams achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ice Queen in May this year with an auction result of USD 428,400.00 (€ 402,102.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2021 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Heatwave: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Earth Prayer von Robin F. Williams zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.528,00 (€ 4.137,31) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robin F. Williams erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ice Queen im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 428.400,00 (€ 402.102,50).
