This price was achieved in the auction Photographs at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert Riger - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Green Bay Packers, Forrest Gregg; Johnny Unitas, Green Bay Packers Tackle; and Green Bay Bench 3, which sold at auction in April 2021 for USD 10,837.50 (€ 9,008.73).
