Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Robert Freeman could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 auction, the work "Mohammad Ali", 1960's changed hands for SEK 10,500.00 (€ 1,012.41) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Robert Freeman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work With The Beatles, 1963 in May 2010 with an auction result of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,393.65).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Robert Freeman konnte im Oktober 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 wechselte die Arbeit "Mohammad Ali", 1960's für SEK 10.500,00 (€ 1.012,41) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Freeman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit With The Beatles, 1963 im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.393,65).
