The result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,318.00) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Richmond Burton have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Eyes In The Heat in July 2019 with an auction result of USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,846.36).
