Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of A Colonel Of The 41St Foot Regiment by Richard Crosse was sold in the Important Miniatures from a Private Collection auction at Sothebys in London in April 2008. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,374.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00.
