Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December last year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 21st Century Art Day Sale, which included the work Soaring Aspiration by Ren Zhe. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 201,600.00 (€ 24,158.83). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ren Zhe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Infinite Sprit of Allegiance in October 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,520,000.00 (€ 280,315.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 21st Century Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Soaring Aspiration von Ren Zhe zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 201.600,00 (€ 24.158,83) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ren Zhe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Infinite Sprit of Allegiance im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.520.000,00 (€ 280.315,10).
