Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Equanimity by Ren Zhe was sold in the Modern Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 529,200.00 (€ 56,659.15). Admittedly, works by Ren Zhe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Infinite Sprit of Allegiance in October 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,520,000.00 (€ 280,315.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Equanimity von Ren Zhe wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Modern Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 500.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 529.200,00 (€ 56.659,15) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ren Zhe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Infinite Sprit of Allegiance im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.520.000,00 (€ 280.315,10).
