Auction result well in line with expectations
The work MC by Rebecca Warren was auctioned at Phillips in London in January 2019. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,866.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rebecca Warren achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fascia Iii in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 555,000.00 (€ 644,171.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit MC von Rebecca Warren kam im Januar 2019 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.866,90) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rebecca Warren erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fascia Iii im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 555.000,00 (€ 644.171,71).
