Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Vista de Cadaqués con personajes bailando una sardana (View of Cadaqués, with people dancing the sardana) by Rafael Durancamps was sold in the 19th Century European Art, including Spanish and Orientalist Art auction at Christies in London in June 2007. The price achieved of GBP 840.00 (€ 1,246.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rafael Durancamps achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Capea in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 50,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Vista de Cadaqués con personajes bailando una sardana (View of Cadaqués, with people dancing the sardana) von Rafael Durancamps wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion 19th Century European Art, including Spanish and Orientalist Art bei Christies in London versteigert.
