Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tempel Offerings by Basoeki Abdullah was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2013. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,625.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Basoeki Abdullah achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gunung Salak (Mountain Salak) in May 2006 with an auction result of HKD 900,000.00 (€ 90,399.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tempel Offerings von Basoeki Abdullah kam im Dezember 2013 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.625,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Basoeki Abdullah erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Gunung Salak (Mountain Salak) im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 900.000,00 (€ 90.399,75).
