Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Collectivism by Qu Guangci was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 141,600.00 (€ 16,663.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Admittedly, works by Qu Guangci have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Last Supper in October 2007 with an auction result of HKD 1,027,500.00 (€ 91,614.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Collectivism von Qu Guangci kam im Oktober 2016 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 141.600,00 (€ 16.663,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qu Guangci auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Last Supper im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.027.500,00 (€ 91.614,25).
