This artwork by Pietro Chiesa achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Rome in December 2003. In the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction, the work Fanciulli fra i fiori sold for EUR 4,340.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pietro Chiesa; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Landschaft im Tessin. 1945. sold at auction in June 2015 with the realized price of CHF 5,625.00 (€ 5,395.54).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Pietro Chiesa erzielte im Dezember 2003 bei Christies in Rom einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO wurde die Arbeit Fanciulli fra i fiori für EUR 4.340,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Pietro Chiesa; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Landschaft im Tessin. 1945. im Juni 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von CHF 5.625,00 (€ 5.395,54).
