This work of art by Pietro Chiesa could be acquired at Il Ponte in November 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Ritratto di fanciulla changed hands for EUR 600.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 700.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Pietro Chiesa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landschaft im Tessin. 1945. in June 2015 with an auction result of CHF 5,625.00 (€ 5,395.54).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pietro Chiesa konnte im November 2019 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Ritratto di fanciulla für EUR 600,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pietro Chiesa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landschaft im Tessin. 1945. im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 5.625,00 (€ 5.395,54).
