Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Couple sur la terrasse by Pierre Laprade was sold in the Impressionist/Modern auction at Christies in London in June 2013. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,501.54), 20% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Pierre Laprade have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Femme accoudée in December 2006 with an auction result of EUR 22,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Couple sur la terrasse von Pierre Laprade wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Impressionist/Modern bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.501,54) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pierre Laprade auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Femme accoudée im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.800,00.
