This artwork by Pierre Adolphe Valette achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in November last year. In the British and European Art auction, the work Une balade dans l'après-midi sold for GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,216.15) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pierre Adolphe Valette achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hansom Cab, Manchester in December 2011 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,952.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pierre Adolphe Valette erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion British and European Art wurde die Arbeit Une balade dans l'après-midi für GBP 1.912,50 (€ 2.216,15) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pierre Adolphe Valette erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hansom Cab, Manchester im Dezember 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.952,83).
