The work Form/ Space For Diogenes No. 4 by Peter Hobbs was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2020. The result of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,693.81) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Hobbs - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work North Of Metaphysics, which sold at auction in November 2014 for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,500.58).

Die Arbeit Form/ Space For Diogenes No. 4 von Peter Hobbs kam im März 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.693,81) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Hobbs mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit North Of Metaphysics beobachtet, die im November 2014 für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.500,58) versteigert wurde.
