Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Corbeille de fruits by Paul Aïzpiri was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 5,287.45) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Aïzpiri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon in July 2019 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 73,000.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Corbeille de fruits von Paul Aïzpiri kam im Juni 2015 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 5.287,45) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Aïzpiri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Baie De St. Tropez Vue De Beauvallon im Juli 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 73.000,90).
