A top price for Patrick Hennessy
This artwork by Patrick Hennessy achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in September 2018. In the Irish Art auction, the work Self-Portrait sold for GBP 30,000.00 (€ 33,693.86) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. This high result makes Self-Portrait the most expensive artwork by Patrick Hennessy that we have observed at auctions so far.
