This work without title by Paramjit Singh was sold in the South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art auction at Christies in New York in September 2019. The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 9,170.11) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paramjit Singh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 'Distant Plains' in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 38,400.00 (€ 56,508.20).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Paramjit Singh wurde im September 2019 in der Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 9.170,11) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paramjit Singh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 'Distant Plains' im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 38.400,00 (€ 56.508,20).
