In March 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art, which included this untitled work by Paramjit Singh. The »bidding war« ended at USD 27,500.00 (€ 25,602.83), 38% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paramjit Singh - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Distant Plains', which sold at auction in May 2007 for GBP 38,400.00 (€ 56,508.20).

Im März 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Paramjit Singh zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 25.602,83) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Paramjit Singh mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 'Distant Plains' beobachtet, die im Mai 2007 für GBP 38.400,00 (€ 56.508,20) versteigert wurde.
